I bought a used 2003 Honda CRV. I'm facing a problem at the driver's door. I have 2 keys and a remote control. Sometimes I have to use the key to open and close the door, since I can't always count on the remote control. I brought the CRV to 3 local key dealers. They told me that all Honda vehicles have the same key problem. which means that problems begin after 2-3 years. Then they told me they had to change the internal lever and they would only give me a 6 month warranty. Subsequently, they are no longer responsible. The agent tells me that only the entire block will be replaced, as it will not be repaired.

If the remote control does not block any of the ports, the problem is with the remote control. You can look at the top of the remote control and you should see a small red LED that lights up when you press any key.
