Question About 2000 Honda CRV

Hello,
I have two problems with my 2000 Honda CRV. One of these is that my brake lights do not come on when I press the brake, but only when the night lights come on. I don't have a car manual. Does anyone know where the fuse is?
Secondly, we tried to find the backup, but we failed. When we put everything back in place, the Check Engine light came on. Does anyone know how to turn it off ? I know it's not the engine
Thanks.

Answer:
I had both problems in my CRV. The problem of brake light is probably just incandescent. I changed them twice on both sides.
The engine warning light may be caused by a faulty sensor or a broken gas cap or because the fuel cap is not tight enough. If it is the sensor, it must be replaced by a mechanic. If the tank cap is broken, get a new one. If the fuel filler cap is not inserted correctly, make sure it is tight and the light restarts each time it is filled.
